Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your liking. If you don't like wine, don't add it. If you like more or less Worcestershire sauce again, feel free to adjust it.

Ingredients For smothered pork chops

  • 1 can
    campbell's cream of onion (condensed) soup
  • 1 can
    campbell's golden mushroom (condensed) soup
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • 1 can
    french's french fried onions (the small can)
  • 4
    large bone in (thick) pork chops

How To Make smothered pork chops

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    Place pork chops in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish ~ season the pork chops with salt and pepper if desired. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour over the pork chops. Cook (uncovered) for 1 hour.
