Smothered Center Cut Pork Chops
6 - 8center cut pork chops
1 can(s)low sodium beef broth
1 largegreen pepper, thinly sliced
1 largeonion thinly sliced
1 ptgrape tomatoes
·creole seasoning, salt and pepper
4 Tbspcorn starch to thicken broth
2 clovegarlic, minced
How to Make Smothered Center Cut Pork Chops
- Salt and pepper the pork chops. Brown them in a skillet.
- Add the peppers, garlic and onions over the chops. Add the beef broth. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Toss the grape tomatoes in olive oil lightly. Salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- To serve, Place a small mound of potatoes int he center of a plate, Slice a pork chop thin and surround the potatoes with the chop. Next smother with the gravy and place the cooked tomatoes around it.
Lightly sprinkle the cajun seasoning over the dish before serving.
