Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 2 medium celery ribs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 can milk
- 3 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 can cream of potato soup, condensed
How To Make smoky potato skillet

Step 1In a large skillet, saute the sausage, celery and onion in margarine until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the water, milk and soup. Bring to a boil.

Step 2Add the potatoes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once.
