    smoked sausage
  • 2 medium
    celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 can(s)
  • 3 medium
    potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of potato soup, condensed

How to Make Smoky Potato Skillet


  1. In a large skillet, saute the sausage, celery and onion in margarine until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the water, milk and soup. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once.
