Ingredients For smoky potato skillet

  • 1 lb
    smoked sausage
  • 2 md
    celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/2 can
    milk
  • 3 md
    potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can
    cream of potato soup, condensed

How To Make smoky potato skillet

  • 1
    In a large skillet, saute the sausage, celery and onion in margarine until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the water, milk and soup. Bring to a boil.

    Add the potatoes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once.
