How to Make Smokin' Jamaican Ribs
- Remove "skin" from the backside of the ribs. Combine equal amounts of the first three ingredients and rub over front and back of meat.
- Wrap the ribs in cling wrap, (it won't melt), then in foil. Place on a cookie sheet and cook in oven for 7 hrs on a 220 degree oven. Unwrap carefully, and place on hot BBQ grill for approx 10 min per side adding the BBQ sauce. Remove and enjoy!
