My husband and I wanted a rib recipe that tasted out of this world....I think we found it!

prep time 1 Hr
cook time 7 Hr
method Bake
yield 4-6 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • - pork baby back ribs
  • - jamaican jerk rub (pampered chef)
  • - grillmate sweet & smoky rub
  • - adolph's tenderizer
  • - jack daniels bbq sauce

How To Make smokin' jamaican ribs

  • Step 1
Remove "skin" from the backside of the ribs. Combine equal amounts of the first three ingredients and rub over front and back of meat.
  • Step 2
Wrap the ribs in cling wrap, (it won't melt), then in foil. Place on a cookie sheet and cook in oven for 7 hrs on a 220 degree oven. Unwrap carefully, and place on hot BBQ grill for approx 10 min per side adding the BBQ sauce. Remove and enjoy!
