How to Make Smokin' Jamaican Ribs

  1. Remove "skin" from the backside of the ribs. Combine equal amounts of the first three ingredients and rub over front and back of meat.
  2. Wrap the ribs in cling wrap, (it won't melt), then in foil. Place on a cookie sheet and cook in oven for 7 hrs on a 220 degree oven. Unwrap carefully, and place on hot BBQ grill for approx 10 min per side adding the BBQ sauce. Remove and enjoy!
