Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin roast
- 1/4 cup muster
- 3 tablespoons chives, dried
- 3 tablespoons black pepper
- 3 tablespoons dried onions
- 3 tablespoons rub
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
How To Make smoked pork tenderloin

Step 1Fat side up. Add muster on top of roast

Step 2Add chives, onion, pepper on top of muster

Step 3Add rub...... marinade over night.

Step 4Start smoker at 400F

Step 5Add brown sugar

Step 6Optional.... add pineapple rings. Use toothpick to hold

Step 7Place on smoker.... med rare 120F med 140F internal temperature

Step 8Remove and rap in tinfoil for 30 minutes. Then serve
