I am finally put this down as I seem to miss place recipe from time to time. Hope you enjoy, if you do make it send me a pictues. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin roast
  • 1/4 cup muster
  • 3 tablespoons chives, dried
  • 3 tablespoons black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons dried onions
  • 3 tablespoons rub
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

How To Make smoked pork tenderloin

  • Step 1
    Fat side up. Add muster on top of roast
  • Step 2
    Add chives, onion, pepper on top of muster
  • Step 3
    Add rub...... marinade over night.
  • Step 4
    Start smoker at 400F
  • Step 5
    Add brown sugar
  • Step 6
    Optional.... add pineapple rings. Use toothpick to hold
  • Step 7
    Place on smoker.... med rare 120F med 140F internal temperature
  • Step 8
    Remove and rap in tinfoil for 30 minutes. Then serve
