How to Make smoked ham


  1. set your smoker at 250
  2. wash the ham and put it in an aluminum pan, put it on the smoker
  3. mix orange juice and brown sugar together
  4. baste ham every 1 1/2 hours until it reaches 170 degrees in the thickest part away from the bone(about 7 hours) take it out of the pan and put on foil for the last hour of cooking
