I love Sunday, it's about the only day I get to relax and really slow smoke some good eats. This is as easy and as good as it comes.....enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 - fresh ham 8-10 lbs
  • 2 large frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 3 cups dark brown sugar

How To Make smoked ham

  • Step 1
    set your smoker at 250
  • Step 2
    wash the ham and put it in an aluminum pan, put it on the smoker
  • Step 3
    mix orange juice and brown sugar together
  • Step 4
    baste ham every 1 1/2 hours until it reaches 170 degrees in the thickest part away from the bone(about 7 hours) take it out of the pan and put on foil for the last hour of cooking
