Ingredients
- 1 - fresh ham 8-10 lbs
- 2 large frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
- 3 cups dark brown sugar
How To Make smoked ham

Step 1set your smoker at 250

Step 2wash the ham and put it in an aluminum pan, put it on the smoker

Step 3mix orange juice and brown sugar together

Step 4baste ham every 1 1/2 hours until it reaches 170 degrees in the thickest part away from the bone(about 7 hours) take it out of the pan and put on foil for the last hour of cooking
