Ingredients
- 7-8 pounds pork butt
- 6 - garlic cloves
- 3 - bitter oranges (naranja agria) also comes bottled
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make slow & low shredded roast pork

Step 1slice the garlic cloves and make slits in pork, stuff with the garlic slices.

Step 2squeeze the bitter oranges all over, add salt

Step 3cover and refrigerate 24 hours, place in oven, at 325 for 5 hours uncovered, basting every hour, then broil top for 5 to 10 mins until skin bubbles

Step 4in a saute pan put olive oil and sliced onions, soften for about 5 mins.

Step 5take pork out and let rest about 15 mins....shred with 2 forks and put in serving dish and pour the onions over it....mmmmmmm...delicious if you like add lime juice
