Ingredients

  • SAUCE

  • 2
    15 oz can muir glen organic tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry sherry
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • MEATBALLS

  • 2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 c
    shredded manchego cheese
  • 1 c
    panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    green onions finely minced
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • TOPPING

  • 1 c
    shredded manchego cheese

How to Make Slow Cooker Spanish Manchego Pork Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and roll into about 32 meatballs.
  3. In slow cooker pour a little sauce on bottom. Arrange meatballs over sauce. Pour more sauce then the rest of the meatballs. Pour remaining sauce over top.
  4. Cook on low 6 hours. During the last 30 minutes add the remaining shredded Manchego cheese and let melt.
