Ingredients

  • SAUCE
  • 2 - 15 oz can muir glen organic tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • MEATBALLS
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded manchego cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions finely minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup shredded manchego cheese

How To Make slow cooker spanish manchego pork meatballs

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and roll into about 32 meatballs.
  • Step 3
    In slow cooker pour a little sauce on bottom. Arrange meatballs over sauce. Pour more sauce then the rest of the meatballs. Pour remaining sauce over top.
  • Step 4
    Cook on low 6 hours. During the last 30 minutes add the remaining shredded Manchego cheese and let melt.
