Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 2 - 15 oz can muir glen organic tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- MEATBALLS
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 cup shredded manchego cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup green onions finely minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- TOPPING
- 1 cup shredded manchego cheese
How To Make slow cooker spanish manchego pork meatballs

Step 1Mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.

Step 2Mix all ingredients for meatballs together and roll into about 32 meatballs.

Step 3In slow cooker pour a little sauce on bottom. Arrange meatballs over sauce. Pour more sauce then the rest of the meatballs. Pour remaining sauce over top.

Step 4Cook on low 6 hours. During the last 30 minutes add the remaining shredded Manchego cheese and let melt.
