- 1 - 3 lb. pork shoulder roast
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen chopped collard greens
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 box (32 oz) swanson chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon mccormick montreal steak seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
How To Make slow cooker smoked pork and greens

Step 1Place frozen collard greens in the slow cooker.

Step 2Combine the onion, chicken broth, vinegar, sugar, steak seasoning, and liquid smoke together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over greens.

Step 3Place roast (fat side up) over greens. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
