Slow Cooker Smoked Pork and Greens
13 lb. pork shoulder roast
1 bag(s)(16 oz) frozen chopped collard greens
1 box(32 oz) swanson chicken broth
2 Tbspapple cider vinegar
1 Tbspmccormick montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tspliquid smoke
How to Make Slow Cooker Smoked Pork and Greens
- Place frozen collard greens in the slow cooker.
- Combine the onion, chicken broth, vinegar, sugar, steak seasoning, and liquid smoke together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Pour over greens.
- Place roast (fat side up) over greens. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
