apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp
sugar

mccormick montreal steak seasoning
1/2 tsp
liquid smoke

How to Make Slow Cooker Smoked Pork and Greens

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place frozen collard greens in the slow cooker.
  • 2Combine the onion, chicken broth, vinegar, sugar, steak seasoning, and liquid smoke together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Pour over greens.
  • 3Place roast (fat side up) over greens. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
