Ingredients

  • 1 - pork tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or more to brown meat

How To Make slow cooker pork tenderloin and gravy

  • Step 1
    Combine seasons and rub on all sides of tenderloin.
  • Step 2
    Heat butter in frying pan until melted. Next brown the meat in the butter on all sides.
  • Step 3
    Place tenderloin into slow cooker. Combine lemon juice, chicken broth and soy sauce. Pour over tenderloin.
  • Step 4
    Cook on low setting for 4 hours. For bigger pork loins cook on low 7-8 hours.
  • Step 5
    When done set tenderloin to the side and keep warm. Pour juices into a sauce pan.
  • Step 6
    Combine water and corn starch until mix completely. Heat juices on stove till hot. Whisk cornstarch mixture into juices until thick gravy appears.
  • Step 7
    Serve tenderloin with mashed potatoes and green beans covered with the gravy. Mmm!
