Ingredients
- 1 - pork tenderloin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter or more to brown meat
How To Make slow cooker pork tenderloin and gravy

Step 1Combine seasons and rub on all sides of tenderloin.

Step 2Heat butter in frying pan until melted. Next brown the meat in the butter on all sides.

Step 3Place tenderloin into slow cooker. Combine lemon juice, chicken broth and soy sauce. Pour over tenderloin.

Step 4Cook on low setting for 4 hours. For bigger pork loins cook on low 7-8 hours.

Step 5When done set tenderloin to the side and keep warm. Pour juices into a sauce pan.

Step 6Combine water and corn starch until mix completely. Heat juices on stove till hot. Whisk cornstarch mixture into juices until thick gravy appears.

Step 7Serve tenderloin with mashed potatoes and green beans covered with the gravy. Mmm!
