- 1 large onion
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork roast
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketsup
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash hot sauce
How To Make slow cooker pork roast

Step 1Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Slice onions thin, and lay in the bottom.

Step 2Lay your roast on top of the onions.

Step 3Mix all of the other ingredients, mix well, and pour over the meat. Cover- high 3-4 hours or low 6-8. Meat is done when it can be shredded with a fork. Let cool overnight, Remove the fat, shred, and add to the juice. Reheat, serve on buns with a good white cheese of your liking. Serve with juice. Wonderful flavor! Enjoy
