Got this recipe from a friend. I added the ranch powder. This makes a wonderful meal with a side vegetable or salad. The pork ribs were so tender and the stuffing was tasty!! So delicious and easy. I imagine this would be great with chicken, as well, and plan to try it with chicken breasts soon.
