slow cooker pork chops and gravy

I found this recipe online and it's one of my favorites to make. Lots of leftovers for lunch the next day.

Ingredients

  • 8 - boneless pork chops
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix (1 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz can or 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 package dry pork gravy mix (1 oz. pkg.)

How To Make slow cooker pork chops and gravy

  • Step 1
    Place pork chops in slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes to take advantage of all the yummy gravy.
  • Step 2
    I actually cook these in an electric pressure cooker for 20 minutes on the meat setting.
  • Step 3
    if the gravy isn't thick enough, just add a little cornstarch to some water then add it in to thicken.
