slow cooker pork chops and gravy
I found this recipe online and it's one of my favorites to make. Lots of leftovers for lunch the next day.

Ingredients
- 8 - boneless pork chops
- 1 package dry onion soup mix (1 oz. pkg.)
- 1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz can or 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 package dry pork gravy mix (1 oz. pkg.)
How To Make slow cooker pork chops and gravy

Step 1Place pork chops in slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes to take advantage of all the yummy gravy.

Step 2I actually cook these in an electric pressure cooker for 20 minutes on the meat setting.

Step 3if the gravy isn't thick enough, just add a little cornstarch to some water then add it in to thicken.
