Ingredients
- 5 pounds boneless pork butt
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon each mexican oregano and cumin
- 1 large onion diced
- 10 cloves garlic minced
- 2 - limes juiced and zest
- 2 large oranges juiced
- 1 dash coka a cola
- 2 - bay leaves
How To Make slow cooker pork carnitas

Step 1Place all ingredients in slow cooker.Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Remove the bay leaves and discard. Remove the pork and shred with two forks.

Step 2Skim as much fat off the sauce in slow cooker. Add the meat back to sauce.

Step 3Serve the pork in taco's, burritos, or enchiladas.
