Ingredients
- 1 - 1/2 pounds italian sausage, hot preferred
- 2 1 each red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced into half moons
- 1 can 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with basil and oregano (or just add basil/oregano to diced tomatoes)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- optional: 1 tube polenta, cut into 1/2 inch slices and browned on both sides

Step 1Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and cook them until browned on both sides.

Step 2Add sausage to slow cooker along with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and garlic.
