How to Make Slow Cooker Garlic Pork Roast
- Gather all ingredients together plus your slow cooker. Get things ready to go.
Open your can of chicken broth, and set it aside, open your can of mushrooms, drain them set them aside. Then take your whole garlic bulb and separate and peel the cloves set aside.
- Now unwrap your roast and rinse it.
Take a sharp knife and cut small slits into the meat all over. When that is done, take the peeled garlic cloves and stick them in the slits in the meat.
- When that step is done place the roast in the crock pot. Add the Can of mushrooms and the chicken broth to the crock pot. put the lid on turn the slow cooker to the high setting ffor a couple of hours the when you are ready to go out for the day, turn it down to low and go.
