I was at a friends house one weekens and we had all kinds of things planned and going on but we wanted to have a real nice dinner on Sunday so we went shopping, and got the items that we needed. The reciepe is is follows.

Ingredients
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 - whole bulb of garlic, separate the cloves
- 1 - pork roast
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
How To Make slow cooker garlic pork roast

Step 1Gather all ingredients together plus your slow cooker. Get things ready to go. Open your can of chicken broth, and set it aside, open your can of mushrooms, drain them set them aside. Then take your whole garlic bulb and separate and peel the cloves set aside.

Step 2Now unwrap your roast and rinse it. Take a sharp knife and cut small slits into the meat all over. When that is done, take the peeled garlic cloves and stick them in the slits in the meat.

Step 3When that step is done place the roast in the crock pot. Add the Can of mushrooms and the chicken broth to the crock pot. put the lid on turn the slow cooker to the high setting ffor a couple of hours the when you are ready to go out for the day, turn it down to low and go.
