- 5 pounds pork shoulder or butt roast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large lemon juiced
- 1 large lime juiced
- 1 large orange juiced
- 12 cloves garlic minced
- 2 large onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon each salt and cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1Place all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours until pork falls apart. Remove the pork and shred it then place back into the juices.
