I love the flavor of this pork. It is my favorite way to eat pork shoulder. So tender, so garlicy, so sweet and tangy. Just the best.

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds pork shoulder or butt roast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large lemon juiced
  • 1 large lime juiced
  • 1 large orange juiced
  • 12 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 large onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon each salt and cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make slow cooker cuban mojo pork

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours until pork falls apart. Remove the pork and shred it then place back into the juices.
  • Step 2
    Serve over rice.
