I love the flavor of this pork. It is my favorite way to eat pork shoulder. So tender, so garlicy, so sweet and tangy. Just the best.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 5 lb
    pork shoulder or butt roast
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 large
    lemon juiced
  • 1 large
    lime juiced
  • 1 large
    orange juiced
  • 12 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 large
    onion sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    each salt and cumin
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Slow Cooker Cuban Mojo Pork


  1. Place all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours until pork falls apart. Remove the pork and shred it then place back into the juices.
  2. Serve over rice.
