I love using the slow cooker for the shear fact of it being convenient. This recipe is a good way to feed a crowd or just the family and have leftovers.

Ingredients
- 4-6 pounds pork butt
- 1 cup bottled beer
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- - favorite bbq sauce to taste
How To Make slow cooker bbq pulled pork sandwiches

Step 1Rinse and pat dry pork butt and place in crock pot. Add beer. Combine all dry seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle over pork and then rub it in. You can add more or less to your taste.

Step 2Cook on low in slow cooker for 10 hours. When ready to serve on buns, take two forks and shred the meat. OR....you can use your hands and pull it apart (that is the fun way) Add desired amount of BBQ and mix together. You can make it as saucy as you like or just moistened. Serve on buns.
