I found this recipe on another website, and it is delicious!! My husband encouraged me to share it with you. He said "it's too good to keep a secret." it is!

  • 4 lb
    pork baby back ribs
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c
  • 1 c
    chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 4 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    hot pepper sauce (i used 10 drops)

How to Make Slow Cooker Barbeque Ribs


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Gather ingredients.
  2. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Place in a shallow baking pan. Brown for 15 minutes. Turn over, and brown for another 15 minutes; drain fat.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, oregano, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs, being careful to coat them all with the sauce.
  4. Cover, and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. or until ribs are tender.
  5. ***You may have to cut ribs in order to fit in your slow cooker. Be careful to cut between the bone.

    ***I serve these with creamy coleslaw, and baked beans. Yummy!!
