rack of pork ribs
1 can(s)
tomato sauce (small)
3/4 c
1/4 c
apple cider or balsalmic vinegar
3/4 c
dry mustard
3/4 c
minced garlic
2 bottle
barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp
basil vinegarette
1/2 c
soy sauce
3/4 c
brown sugar

How to Make Slow cooked pork ribs


  • 1Marinate the ribs in apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, vinegarette, garlic and barbeque sauce overnight.
  • 2Add remaining ingredients, more barbeque sauce, and 1/2 of the marinade to the crockpot. NOTE: Must be at least 6 qt. to fit full rack.
  • 3Cook for 5 hours on low.
  • 4Carefully remove from crockpot and lay onto a cookie sheet or pan covered in non-stick foil.
  • 5Pour some barbeque on top of ribs and brush to fully cover them.
  • 6Put the ribs in the oven and broil on high until sauce starts to caramelize (about 7 mins on each side)
