Ingredients
- 1 pound pork roast , cut into 1" cubes
- 32 ounces sauerkraut with juice
- 6 ounces beer
- 1/2 - apple , peeled and cored
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill weed
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make slow cooked pork in sauerkraut

Step 1Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and mix well. Submerge the apple under all the other ingredients.

Step 2Cover and Cook on high for 1 hour , Then turn down to Low and continue to cook for 5 more hours.

Step 3When done , discard apple and serve with apple sauce.
