- 8 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into chunks
- THE MARINADE
- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh clover honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- THE COOKING
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 ounces pineapple chunks
- - salt, kosher variety, to taste
- - black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
- 8 ounces noodles, or rice
How To Make simple sweet & sour pineapple pork with noodles

Step 1PREP/PREPARE

Step 2THE MARINADE

Step 3Gather your ingredients.

Step 4Whisk all the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step 5Add the pork to the marinade.

Step 6Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, or overnight.

Step 8Gather your ingredients.

Step 9Remove the pork from the marinade, shake off the excess, and reserve the marinade.

Step 10Add the two oils to a pan over medium heat.

Step 11Add the garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 12Add the pork and stir until cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.

Step 13Add the reserved marinade, and lower the heat to produce a light simmer.

Step 14Allow the mixture to simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

Step 15Add the pineapple chunks, and simmer uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 16Chef’s Note: Allow the mixture to slightly thicken.
