  • 4 1/2 pounds Boston butt pork roast
  • 3/4 cup roughly chopped sweet onion
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

How To Make simple crock pot boston pork butt

  • Rub poured over a Boston butt in a slow cooker.
    Step 1
    Take all the dry ingredients and mix them together. Then rub the mixture evenly over the roast.
