  • 3-4 pounds pork roast
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 jar 8 oz adobo sauce
  • 1 can 12 oz coke
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • FOR THE CILANTRO TOMATILLO RANCH
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 - jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
  • 4 - tomatillos paper skins removed and chopped
  • - juice from 1 large lime
  • 2 cups cilantro leaves
  • - salt
  • - flour tortillas
  • - toppings of choice

How To Make shredded pork burritos w cilantro tomatillo ranch

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients for pork to a large slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours. Remove pork and shred then add it back to the pot.
  • Step 2
    To make the cilantro tomatillo ranch. Place all ingredients in a food process and process until well incorporated.
  • Step 3
    Serve meat and sauce in flour tortillas. Add any topping you want lettuce tomatoes guacamole Avocado Cotija cheese black beans etc...
