- FOR THE PORK
- 3-4 pounds pork roast
- - salt and pepper
- 1 jar 8 oz adobo sauce
- 1 can 12 oz coke
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- FOR THE CILANTRO TOMATILLO RANCH
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 2 - jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
- 4 - tomatillos paper skins removed and chopped
- - juice from 1 large lime
- 2 cups cilantro leaves
- - salt
- - flour tortillas
- - toppings of choice
How To Make shredded pork burritos w cilantro tomatillo ranch

Step 1Add all ingredients for pork to a large slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours. Remove pork and shred then add it back to the pot.

Step 2To make the cilantro tomatillo ranch. Place all ingredients in a food process and process until well incorporated.

Step 3Serve meat and sauce in flour tortillas. Add any topping you want lettuce tomatoes guacamole Avocado Cotija cheese black beans etc...
