shawn's giant meatball meatloaf
I really never liked meatloaf as I was growing (I know call me weird) but I did come up with one I like :) It's more like a huge Meatball! Another thing I don't really care for is ketchup (I know that's weird too LOL) so if you try this recipe you can add ketchup to the top if you so desire. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds bulk pork sausage
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make shawn's giant meatball meatloaf

Step 1preheat oven to 350

Step 2Mix all ingredients in large bowl, you may need more bread crumbs depends on the moisture content of you meatloaf. Shape into a loaf and place on to a foil lined baking dish (you can add ketchup to the top if you like), place in oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Enjoy
