shawn's giant meatball meatloaf

I really never liked meatloaf as I was growing (I know call me weird) but I did come up with one I like :) It's more like a huge Meatball! Another thing I don't really care for is ketchup (I know that's weird too LOL) so if you try this recipe you can add ketchup to the top if you so desire. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bulk pork sausage
  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make shawn's giant meatball meatloaf

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl, you may need more bread crumbs depends on the moisture content of you meatloaf. Shape into a loaf and place on to a foil lined baking dish (you can add ketchup to the top if you like), place in oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Enjoy
