1/3 c
each dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce
1/4 c
2 Tbsp
minced ginger
1/4 c
dry sherry
1 lb
pork tenderloin thinly sliced
6 clove
garlic minced
green onions white and green parts separated.
baby bok choy white and green parts separated
8 oz
rice spaghetti noodles
1 1/2 c
chicken stock
2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
sweet chili sauce or sirracha sause
1 tsp
sesame oil
1/2 tsp
white pepper
1/4 c
fresh cilantro chopped

How to Make Shanghai Noodles


  • 1Mix ingredients for marinade and add sliced pork tenderloin. Let sit 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile cook the noodles according to directions on package. Drain.
  • 2Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet. Remove pork from marinade and reserve the extra. Cook pork 1 minute flipping once. Remove pork. Add the white parts of green onions and bok choy. Saute 3 minutes.
  • 3Add the garlic and pork back into pan. Mix together the chicken broth reserved marinade, sweet chili sauce, cornstarch sesame oil, and white pepper.
  • 4Pour over pork mixture and add noodles to pan. Saute until warmed through. Garnish with cilantro.
