Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 1/3 cup each dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 pound pork tenderloin thinly sliced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 6 - green onions white and green parts separated.
- 3 - baby bok choy white and green parts separated
- 8 ounces rice spaghetti noodles
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce or sirracha sause
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
How To Make shanghai noodles

Step 1Mix ingredients for marinade and add sliced pork tenderloin. Let sit 30 minutes. Meanwhile cook the noodles according to directions on package. Drain.

Step 2Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet. Remove pork from marinade and reserve the extra. Cook pork 1 minute flipping once. Remove pork. Add the white parts of green onions and bok choy. Saute 3 minutes.

Step 3Add the garlic and pork back into pan. Mix together the chicken broth reserved marinade, sweet chili sauce, cornstarch sesame oil, and white pepper.

Step 4Pour over pork mixture and add noodles to pan. Saute until warmed through. Garnish with cilantro.
