How To Make sesame pork tenderloin fingers
-
Step 1Combine marinade ingredients. Slice tenderloin to 1" pieces. Pound to 1/4" thickness. Cut into 1/4 strips. Add tenderloin to marinade. Cover bowl. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
-
Step 2In small bowl, combine coating ingredients. Roll meat strips in seed mixture. Place flat on lightly sprayed broiler pan. ( I layer pan with non stick aluminum foil) Broil meat 8-10 minutes, approx. 3-4" from the heat. Turn occasionally as needed. (watch carefully, will burn easily)
-
Step 3Combine dipping sauce ingredients. Can place meat on skewer.
