Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless pork tenderloin
- 1 1/2 cups bottled sesame ginger salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons sambal oelek
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make sesame ginger pulled pork

Step 1Place the tenderloin in a slow cooker. Mix the Sesame ginger salad dressing, tamarind paste, garlic, sambal oelek, and brown sugar together and pour over the pork

Step 2Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Mix the cornstarch with water and stir it into the slow cooker. Add the pork back to the slow cooker and turn the heat up to high and cook one more hour until thickened.
