Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 lb
    boneless pork tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 c
    bottled sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    tamarind paste
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    sambal oelek
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Sesame Ginger Pulled Pork


  1. Place the tenderloin in a slow cooker. Mix the Sesame ginger salad dressing, tamarind paste, garlic, sambal oelek, and brown sugar together and pour over the pork
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Mix the cornstarch with water and stir it into the slow cooker. Add the pork back to the slow cooker and turn the heat up to high and cook one more hour until thickened.
