Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 - lime, zested and juiced (about 1 tsp zest and 2 tbsp juice)
- 1 bag 16 oz frozen broccoli florets
- 1 pound boneless pork loin roast, cut into 3/4-in thick chops
- - white pepper
- - sweet asian chili sauce
- 3 cups cooked jasmine brown rice
How To Make sesame-ginger pork roast chops & broccoli

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare rice according to package directions.

Step 2Spray a 9x13x2-in pan with cooking spray.

Step 3In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime zest and juice, and the ginger; season the dressing with pepper.

Step 4Dip pork in dressing and place in the center of pan. Pour broccoli florets around chops and pour remaining dressing over broccoli.

Step 5Bake for about 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink inside.

Step 6Serve with sweet Asian chili sauce and Jasmine brown rice.
