soy sauce
2 Tbsp
plus 1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp
grated ginger
lime, zested and juiced (about 1 tsp zest and 2 tbsp juice)

16 oz frozen broccoli florets
1 lb
boneless pork loin roast, cut into 3/4-in thick chops
white pepper
sweet asian chili sauce
3 c
cooked jasmine brown rice

How to Make Sesame-Ginger Pork Roast Chops & Broccoli


  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • 2Spray a 9x13x2-in pan with cooking spray.
  • 3In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime zest and juice, and the ginger; season the dressing with pepper.
  • 4Dip pork in dressing and place in the center of pan. Pour broccoli florets around chops and pour remaining dressing over broccoli.
  • 5Bake for about 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink inside.
  • 6Serve with sweet Asian chili sauce and Jasmine brown rice.
