Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 - lime, zested and juiced (about 1 tsp zest and 2 tbsp juice)
  • 1 bag 16 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless pork loin roast, cut into 3/4-in thick chops
  • - white pepper
  • - sweet asian chili sauce
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine brown rice

How To Make sesame-ginger pork roast chops & broccoli

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Step 2
    Spray a 9x13x2-in pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime zest and juice, and the ginger; season the dressing with pepper.
  • Step 4
    Dip pork in dressing and place in the center of pan. Pour broccoli florets around chops and pour remaining dressing over broccoli.
  • Step 5
    Bake for about 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink inside.
  • Step 6
    Serve with sweet Asian chili sauce and Jasmine brown rice.
