This is a Garman dish. My Boy's love this. I say boy's but their 25, 26,29, and 30. Still one of their favorites

Ingredients For schnitzel

3 lbpork tenderloin
-
2 cmilk
-
4 lgeggs beaten

2 call purpose flour
-
bread crumbs
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make schnitzel

1Slice Tenderloin into thin pieces. Beatwith mallet until very soft.

2Dip in milk then roll in flour. Dip in beaten eggss. Thenin bread crumbs. Fri in small amount of oil for 2 minutes on each side on high heat. After all is fried.

3Put meat back into pan and add just enough Water to cause steam. Cover quickly and steam on medium for about 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice on meat when serving.
