Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork tenderloin
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- - bread crumbs
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make schnitzel

Step 1Slice Tenderloin into thin pieces. Beatwith mallet until very soft.

Step 2Dip in milk then roll in flour. Dip in beaten eggss. Thenin bread crumbs. Fri in small amount of oil for 2 minutes on each side on high heat. After all is fried.

Step 3Put meat back into pan and add just enough Water to cause steam. Cover quickly and steam on medium for about 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice on meat when serving.
