How to Make Schnitzel
- 1Slice Tenderloin into thin pieces. Beatwith mallet until very soft.
- 2Dip in milk then roll in flour. Dip in beaten eggss. Thenin bread crumbs. Fri in small amount of oil for 2 minutes on each side on high heat. After all is fried.
- 3Put meat back into pan and add just enough Water to cause steam. Cover quickly and steam on medium for about 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice on meat when serving.
