This is a Garman dish. My Boy's love this. I say boy's but their 25, 26,29, and 30. Still one of their favorites

3 lb
pork tenderloin
2 c
4 large
eggs beaten
2 c
all purpose flour
bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Schnitzel


  • 1Slice Tenderloin into thin pieces. Beatwith mallet until very soft.
  • 2Dip in milk then roll in flour. Dip in beaten eggss. Thenin bread crumbs. Fri in small amount of oil for 2 minutes on each side on high heat. After all is fried.
  • 3Put meat back into pan and add just enough Water to cause steam. Cover quickly and steam on medium for about 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice on meat when serving.
