I don't remember where I found this recipe, but its so easy and the family loves it. Most everyone has these ingredients in their pantry. You can experiment with add-ins and seasonings. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 box scalloped potatoes (plus ingredients on box)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar 10 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can french cut green beans
- 6-8 - boneless pork chops
How To Make scalloped potato pork chop casserole

Step 1In saucepan on stove, follow directions on the box of scalloped potatoes. Add soup, mushrooms and green beans. Heat until warm and blended.( You may add up to 1/2 cup more milk to thin out the soup)

Step 2In a large skillet, brown pork chops until all the pink is gone. About 7 minutes per side.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13inch baking dish with Pam. Pour potato mixture in dish, top with pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. You can take the foil off and bake another 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with a salad or garlic bread.
