The original recipe was from an Avon Cookbook I bought years ago. I've added my twist to it & everyone enjoys them whe I make them.

Ingredients
- 6-8 - pork chops, boneless
- 2-3 - potatoes, medium
- 1 - onions, yellow, medium
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make scalloped pork chops

Step 1Brown both sides of the pork chops in a skillet with a small amount of Olive Oil. Put the pork chops on a platter lined with paper towels.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the soup, mustard, majoram, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1 soup can of water.

Step 3Peel potatoes & cut in circles.

Step 4Peel onion & cut in circles.

Step 5Put pork chops back in skillet; layer the onions over the pork chops; then layer the potatoes over the onions. Pour the soup mixture over the chops, onions, & potatoes.

Step 6Cook on med/low until potatoes are done.

Step 7Serve with a green salad or another side. Enjoy!
