Ingredients
- 8- 8 ounces pork loin chops, boneless approx. 1" thick
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 5 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 package sage stuffing box mix (6 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream (12 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
How To Make savory stuffed pork chop

Step 1Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in each pork chop.

Step 2In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add fresh spinach, cook until wilted. Stir in the stuffing mix, sour cream and sage.

Step 3Fill each chop with about 1/3 cup stuffing mixture; secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Step 4Place on a greased 15x10 baking pan (lrg casserole dish). Sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
