Savory Stuffed Pork Chop

8- 8 ozpork loin chops, boneless approx. 1" thick
1 smallonion, chopped
1/2 cbutter, cubed
5 cfresh baby spinach
1 pkgsage stuffing box mix (6 oz)
1 1/2 csour cream (12 oz)
1/2 tsprubbed sage
1/2 tsplemon-pepper seasoning
How to Make Savory Stuffed Pork Chop
- Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in each pork chop.
- In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add fresh spinach, cook until wilted. Stir in the stuffing mix, sour cream and sage.
- Fill each chop with about 1/3 cup stuffing mixture; secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place on a greased 15x10 baking pan (lrg casserole dish). Sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
