Savory Stuffed Pork Chop

pork loin chops, boneless approx. 1" thick
sage stuffing box mix (6 oz)
sour cream (12 oz)
How to Make Savory Stuffed Pork Chop
1Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in each pork chop.
2In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add fresh spinach, cook until wilted. Stir in the stuffing mix, sour cream and sage.
3Fill each chop with about 1/3 cup stuffing mixture; secure with toothpicks if necessary.
4Place on a greased 15x10 baking pan (lrg casserole dish). Sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
