Ingredients

  • 8- 8 ounces pork loin chops, boneless approx. 1" thick
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 5 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 package sage stuffing box mix (6 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream (12 oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

How To Make savory stuffed pork chop

  • Step 1
    Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in each pork chop.
  • Step 2
    In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add fresh spinach, cook until wilted. Stir in the stuffing mix, sour cream and sage.
  • Step 3
    Fill each chop with about 1/3 cup stuffing mixture; secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Step 4
    Place on a greased 15x10 baking pan (lrg casserole dish). Sprinkle with lemon-pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
