This recipe is a little different but your gonna love it. We bought a whole pig and well if you can imagine we got pretty creative with our Ideas.The cinnamon will throw ya but trust me it's yummy.

  • 6 large
    pork steaks
  • 6 medium
    red potatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 2
    onions, yellow, medium
  • 4 pkg
  • 2 clove
  • 1 tsp
    kitchen bouquet
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Savory Pork Steaks


  1. Season pork steaks with sazon both sides set aside.Slice potatoes and onions.Heat olive oil in a large skillet.Place chops in pan layer in pan with potatoes and onions.Chop garlic and add to pan,add remaining spices.Pour can of tomato soup on top. Cover .Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or until golden .Flip over the chops and stir around the taters and onions.Cover let simmer til potatoes and pork are tender.
  2. Enjoy! Sorry I didn't take a picture but it really is good.
