Ingredients

4
pork rib chops, each about 1 1/2-inches thick
4 tsp
cajun seasoning
1 tsp
freshly ground pepper

CARAMELIZED ONIONS:

4 c
chopped sweet onions
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

How to Make Savory Pork Chops With Caramelized Onions

Step-by-Step

  • 1Sprinkle pork chops evenly with Cajun seasoning and pepper.
  • 2Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium high heat (350°F to 400°F) 8 minutes on each side.
  • 3Serve with Caramelized Onions.
  • 4CARAMELIZED ONIONS:

    Cook onion in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with sugar, and cook 2 minutes. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
