Savory Pork Chops With Caramelized Onions

4pork rib chops, each about 1 1/2-inches thick
4 tspcajun seasoning
1 tspfreshly ground pepper
4 cchopped sweet onions
2 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspbrown sugar
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 Tbsplemon juice
How to Make Savory Pork Chops With Caramelized Onions
- Sprinkle pork chops evenly with Cajun seasoning and pepper.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium high heat (350°F to 400°F) 8 minutes on each side.
- Serve with Caramelized Onions.
- CARAMELIZED ONIONS:
Cook onion in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with sugar, and cook 2 minutes. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups onions.
