Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3-5 pounds pork ribs - any type (i use baby back)
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- - flour to coat ribs
- 1 - green pepper (diced)
- 1 can pineapple tidbits or 1/2 20 oz. can chopped pineapple
How To Make savory oven barbequed spare ribs

Step 1Place all ingredients (except ribs) into a large heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil - stirring occassionally. (Cook until all ingredients are well blended.)

Step 2Sprinkle the ribs with the flour.

Step 3Place ribs in a large baking pan.

Step 4Pour sauce over ribs and cover pan with aluminum foil.

Step 5Bake ribs at 300 degrees for 3 - 3 1/2 hours.

Step 6Skim fat off of sauce before serving. (I cut the ribs into 4-rib pieces.)
