Ingredients
- 3 - sweet italian sausage casing removed
- - olive oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- - salt
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 can 15 1/2 oz petite diced tomatoes
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
- - cooked pasta of your choice
How To Make sausage tomato & goat cheese sauce over pasta

Step 1Place oil in large skillet. Brown the onions over med low heat for 7 minutes. Add the garlic and saute one minute. add the wine and let most evaporate. Season with salt

Step 2Place the onion mixture can tomatoes and goat cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Set aside. Wipe out the pan and place the sausage in the pan and cook until no longer pink.

Step 3Add the tomato mixture and cook about 5 or 6 minutes. Throw in the sliced fresh cherry tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.

Step 4Serve over your favorite pasta garnished with fresh basil.
