Ingredients
- - homemade manicotti
- - homemade marinara sauce
- STUFFING
- 16 ounces sweet italian sausage
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese, part-skim
- 8 ounces provolone cheese
- 6 ounces parmesan cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon each black pepper, mrs. dash tomato & basil
- 8 ounces mozzrella cheese
How To Make sausage & three-cheese stuffed manicotti

Step 1Ground up Italian sausage and cook till done, cool. In a large bowl mix together Ricotta, Parm, Provolone, egg & Mrs. Dash tomato & basil & pepper & Italian Sausage.

Step 2Place a generous amount of Mararina sauce in bottom of baking dish 13x9 baking dish. Place stuffing on pasta, roll up, nestle seam side down in sauce.

Step 3Pour enough Mararina sauce on top of manicotti to cover, sprinkle liberally with Mozzrella.

Step 4Bake 375 for 30-45 min. till bubbly & cheese is melted.
