STUFFING

16 oz
sweet italian sausage
16 oz
ricotta cheese, part-skim
8 oz
provolone cheese
6 oz
parmesan cheese
1
egg
1 tsp
each black pepper, mrs. dash tomato & basil
8 oz
mozzrella cheese

How to Make Sausage & three-cheese stuffed manicotti

Step-by-Step

  • 1Ground up Italian sausage and cook till done, cool. In a large bowl mix together Ricotta, Parm, Provolone, egg & Mrs. Dash tomato & basil & pepper & Italian Sausage.
  • 2Place a generous amount of Mararina sauce in bottom of baking dish 13x9 baking dish. Place stuffing on pasta, roll up, nestle seam side down in sauce.
  • 3Pour enough Mararina sauce on top of manicotti to cover, sprinkle liberally with Mozzrella.
  • 4Bake 375 for 30-45 min. till bubbly & cheese is melted.
