When asked to take a meal to a family that has just had a baby, a death in the family or someone is ill, I often take this easy dish as I almost always have these ingredients on hand. The house will smell wonderful while casserole is baking. To make life easier I use either a disposable foil pan or hefty reusable casserole pan. Then the family you are cooking for doesn't have to get a empty dish back to you.

Ingredients For sausage rice bake

  • 2 lb
    polish sausage (kielbasa)
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can
    water
  • 2 md
    onions, chopped
  • 1/2
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3
    celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c
    raw rice

How To Make sausage rice bake

  • 1
    Cut sausage into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 2
    Combine with remaining ingredients and place in a greased 4 quart casserole.

    Bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour.
