Sausage Rice Bake

Marsha Gardner

When asked to take a meal to a family that has just had a baby, a death in the family or someone is ill, I often take this easy dish as I almost always have these ingredients on hand.

The house will smell wonderful while casserole is baking. To make life easier I use either a disposable foil pan or hefty reusable casserole pan. Then the family you are cooking for doesn't have to get a empty dish back to you.
