A dear friend served this yummy quiche for our Christmas Brunch many years ago. It has become one of my favorites to serve for my guests, or for a family brunch.

Ingredients
- 1 - 9 inch deep dish pie crust
- 1 - 1 lb. sage sausage
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
How To Make sausage quiche

Step 1Cook sausage and onion in frying pan until done. Drain. Do not overcook sausage or it will not be as good.

Step 2In a separate bowl, combine cheese and flour. Then combine with sausage/onion mixture. Spread in pie shell.

Step 3Beat eggs, milk and parsley flakes together and pour over pie.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
