Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroon soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup onions,chopped
  • 3 cups thinly slicedpotatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • - salt and peper to taste

How To Make sausage potato casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook sausage until done;drain and crumble.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl,combine soup,milk,onions,salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Place sliced potatoes in a 9"x13" dish.Cover with sausage and soup mixture.Cover and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.uncover and sprinkle with shredded chedar cheese.return to oven until cheese is melted.
