Ingredients
- 1 pound italian pork sausage
- 16 ounces box of rotoni dry pasta
- 2 cans 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 can 15 oz. diced italian style tomatoes
- 1 can 4oz mushroom pieces
- 2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese or shredded motzzerella cheese
- 1 medium onion-chopped
- 1 can medium pitted olives-sliced
How To Make sausage pizza casserole

Step 1In a large pot,cook pasta according to package directions. I cook mine to aldente'. Drain. In a large non stick skillet, brown ground sausage and onion on medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink and onion is translusant. Stir in Tomato sauce,diced tomatoes & mushrooms. Reduce heat.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish. Pour Meat Mixture into baking dish. Add sliced olives and top with cheese. Bake for 30 min.

Step 3Serve with green salad. Enjoy!
