    italian pork sausage
  • 16 oz
    box of rotoni dry pasta
  • 2 can(s)
    15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz. diced italian style tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    4oz mushroom pieces
  • 2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese or shredded motzzerella cheese
  • 1 medium
  • 1 can(s)
    medium pitted olives-sliced

How to Make Sausage Pizza Casserole


  1. In a large pot,cook pasta according to package directions. I cook mine to aldente'. Drain. In a large non stick skillet, brown ground sausage and onion on medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink and onion is translusant. Stir in Tomato sauce,diced tomatoes & mushrooms. Reduce heat.
  2. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
    Pour Meat Mixture into baking dish. Add sliced olives and top with cheese. Bake for 30 min.
  3. Serve with green salad. Enjoy!
