Great and quick and a nice diversion from ground beef. My husband loves the sausage.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 can condensed italian tomato soup
  • 4 - long sanwich rolls, split

How To Make sausage & pepper sandwiches

  • Step 1
    In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage and pepper until sausage is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
  • Step 2
    Add soup. Reduce heat to low and heat through. Divide meat mixture among rolls.
