sausage pepper fettuccine skillet
Found this recipe on letthebakingbeginblog.com. I really enjoyed this simple, tasty meal. I would have used more peppers, had I thought my children would have eaten it!

Ingredients
- 8-12 ounces fettuccini
- 2 cups chopped bell peppers
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cups sliced sausage (i used turkey kielbasa & italian sausage)
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make sausage pepper fettuccine skillet

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions.

Step 2Heat oil over high heat, add sausage, peppers and onions cook until soft.

Step 3Add chicken broth and the cream.

Step 4Add drained pasta, parsley and garlic. Stir to combine and simmer on medium until the sauce is thickened and coats the pasta.

Step 5Season to taste and top with cherry tomatoes.
