Found this recipe on letthebakingbeginblog.com. I really enjoyed this simple, tasty meal. I would have used more peppers, had I thought my children would have eaten it!

Ingredients

fettuccini
2 c
chopped bell peppers
3/4 c
diced onion
2 c
sliced sausage (i used turkey kielbasa & italian sausage)
1/2 c
chopped parsley
3/4 c
heavy cream
1 c
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1/2 c
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Sausage Pepper Fettuccine Skillet

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook pasta according to directions.
  • 2Heat oil over high heat, add sausage, peppers and onions cook until soft.
  • 3Add chicken broth and the cream.
  • 4Add drained pasta, parsley and garlic. Stir to combine and simmer on medium until the sauce is thickened and coats the pasta.
  • 5Season to taste and top with cherry tomatoes.
