Ingredients
- 1 package extra wide egg noodles
- 1/2 cup cooking water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 package fully cooked pork sausage links, cut into 1
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 - 16 oz packages sauerkraut, drained
- 1 - granny smith apple, cored & chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - salt, to taste
How To Make sausage, noodles 'n sauerkraut

Step 1Cook noodles according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/2 C cooking water.

Step 2Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add sausage & onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until sausage is browned & onion is tender, about 8 - 10 minutes.

Step 3Add sauerkraut, apple, butter, marjoram & pepper; cook stirring, until sauerkraut is browned & apple is tender, about 4 - 5 minutes.

Step 4Stir in noodles & reserved cooking water. Cook until heated through, about 1 - 2 minutes. Season with salt.
