Ingredients
- 1/2 pound smoked kielbasa (or polish sausage), sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 8-oz cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make sausage mac supper

Step 1In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat; remove and keep warm.

Step 2Drain drippings. In the same skillet, saute the onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender.

Step 3Add the tomato sauce, chili powder and pepper; mix well.

Step 4Stir in macaroni and sausage; heat through.

Step 5Sprinkle with cheese; cook until cheese is melted.
