I like making this for any meal and I dont get any complaint either:) Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bulk pork sausage
  • 1 stick butter,
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 to 6 cups milk
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make sausage gravy

  • Step 1
    In large stock pot fry sausage until no pink remains, add butter to pot and melted,add salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, add milk slowly and stir, cook on low to med heat until thicken.
  • Step 2
    Serve with Buttermilk Biscuits or toast
