Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1 stick
    butter,
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 4 to 6 c
    milk
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Sausage gravy

Step-by-Step

  1. In large stock pot fry sausage until no pink remains, add butter to pot and melted,add salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, add milk slowly and stir, cook on low to med heat until thicken.
  2. Serve with Buttermilk Biscuits or toast
