Ingredients

2 lbbulk pork sausage
-
1 stickbutter,
-
1/2 to 3/4 cflour
-
1 to 2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
4 to 6 cmilk
-
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Sausage gravy
- In large stock pot fry sausage until no pink remains, add butter to pot and melted,add salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, add milk slowly and stir, cook on low to med heat until thicken.
- Serve with Buttermilk Biscuits or toast
