Ingredients

2 lb
bulk pork sausage
1 stick
butter,
1/2 to 3/4 c
flour
1 to 2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
4 to 6 c
milk
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1In large stock pot fry sausage until no pink remains, add butter to pot and melted,add salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, add milk slowly and stir, cook on low to med heat until thicken.
2Serve with Buttermilk Biscuits or toast
