This is amazing! Comfort food at its best, perfect for breakfast or dinner! We had it at a family get together and it was gone before anything else and everyone was raving for it!

Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen hash browns
- 2 pounds breakfast sausage
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2-3 cups milk (whole milk works best)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sausage gravy and hashbrown casserole

Step 1Crumble and cook sausage in a large frying pan until no longer pink. Do not drain.

Step 2Add 2 tablespoons flour and stir into sausage mixture, let it cook for one minute.

Step 3Slowly add milk and bring to a boil.

Step 4Let cook for 10 minutes until thickened to desired consistency.

Step 5Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6Meanwhile put both packages of thawed hashbrowns into a 9 x 13 glass dish.

Step 7Add shredded cheese.

Step 8top with sausage gravy mixture.

Step 9Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
