How to Make Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
- 1Crumble and brown the sausage in a deep skillet.
- 2Stir in the flour until it is dissolved
- 3Gradually add the milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. (I like to add my milk about 1 cup - 2 cups at a time.
- 4salt and pepper to taste!
- 5SIDE NOTE: you can use 1/2 lb sausage 1/4 c flour and 2 cups milk if you need a smaller portion
