Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
How to Make Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
- Crumble and brown the sausage in a deep skillet.
- Stir in the flour until it is dissolved
- Gradually add the milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. (I like to add my milk about 1 cup - 2 cups at a time.
- salt and pepper to taste!
- SIDE NOTE: you can use 1/2 lb sausage 1/4 c flour and 2 cups milk if you need a smaller portion
