Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - can of prepared biscuits (if you want)
How To Make sausage gravy and biscuits

Step 1Crumble and brown the sausage in a deep skillet.

Step 2Stir in the flour until it is dissolved

Step 3Gradually add the milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. (I like to add my milk about 1 cup - 2 cups at a time.

Step 4salt and pepper to taste!

Step 5SIDE NOTE: you can use 1/2 lb sausage 1/4 c flour and 2 cups milk if you need a smaller portion
