Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream (optional)
How To Make sausage goulash

Step 1Cook sausage, onions, green pepper until meat browns. Break up meat while cooking. Drain off grease.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes, stir often. Add sour cream. Heat, do not boil.
